QUEST'ANNO A VITRUM LAVOREREMO VETRI DA 100 MM !

La molatrice ad angolo variabile a 13 mole, che esporremo quest’anno nel nostro stand a Vitrum, sarà in grado di portare lastre fino a 1.100 Kg, lavorare spessori fino a 100 mm e dimensioni fino a 12 x 3,21 metri.

Siamo orgogliosi di poter affermare di essere gli unici a poter molare in verticale vetri con spessore 100 mm e ve ne daremo dimostrazione durante i quattro giorni di fiera!

Questo modello, appartenente alla serie TLR, è uno dei più utilizzati dai maggiori produttori di stratificato per l’edilizia pesante nel nord Europa e si propone soprattutto a quelle vetrerie con importanti produzioni di grandi lastre (lastre jumbo) e forti spessori.

Il modello che esporremo sarà inoltre dotato di:

• lavatrice motorizzata OT 300, montata sul braccio di uscita, per permettere la completa pulizia ed asciugatura del bordo lavorato delle lastre di vetro. E’ in grado di posizionarsi automaticamente in relazione allo spessore vetro impostato sulla macchina;
• motorizzazione indipendente su braccio in uscita;
• frizione pneumatica sia sul braccio d’entrata che di uscita per facilitare il carico e lo scarico dei vetri;
• filtri per le vasche dell’acqua per raccogliere i residui delle pellicole utilizzate per la laminatura dei vetri;
• carro trasportatore privo di cuscinetti: una soluzione che permette di portare pesi elevati ed anche di assorbire anche le più piccole differenze di spessore dei vetri laminati;
• pannello touch-screen con il quale è possibile incrementare la velocità di posizionamento e di setup della macchina, impostare e salvare le diverse tipologie di lavorazione, gestire la manutenzione della macchina e controllare l’usura degli utensili.
• regolazione frontale dei mandrini diamantato e lucidante filetto posteriore: accorgimento tesi ad agevolare il lavoro dell’operatore che potrà risparmiare tempo prezioso in questa attività, non dovendo più effettuarla dalla parte posteriore della macchina;
• sensore rilevamento vetro ad ultrasuoni: garanzia di resistenza, lunga durata, precisione e totale insensibilità ad acqua e sporco;
• impianto olio con pressostato fine linea: un’ulteriore sicurezza per garantire in ogni momento il perfetto funzionamento del fondamentale impianto di lubrificazione;
• cilindri con freni per il recupero automatico dell’usura delle mole lucidanti filetto.

THIS YEAR AT VITRUM WE WILL PROCESS GLASS WITH A THICKNESS OF 100 MM !

The 13-wheel edging machine with variable angle we will display at Vitrum can carry glass sheets with a weight up to 1.100 Kg and process thicknesses up to 100 mm and with a size up to 12 x 3,21 mt.

We are proud to say that we are the only one able to vertical grind glasses with a 100 mm thickness and we will give you a live demonstration of this during the four exhibition days!

This model, part of the TLR series, is one of the most used by the major producers of stratified glass for the heavy building industry in Northern Europe and it is addressed to all glaziers with huge production of glasses with big sizes (jumbo sheets) and great thicknesses.

The model we will exhibit will be equipped with:

• motorized washing machine model OT 300, fitted on the outlet conveyor and which allows a complete cleaning and drying of the processed edges of the glass sheets. It can automatically position itself according to the glass thickness set on the machine;
• independent motorization on the outlet conveyor;
• pneumatic tooth-type coupling on inlet and outlet conveyor to help the load and unload of the glass;
• filters for the water tank to collect the remains of the films used for the glass lamination;
• conveyor without bearings: this solution allows to carry high weights and also to absorb even the smallest differences in thickness of the laminated glass;
• touch-screen panel with which it is possible to increase the positioning speed and setup of the machine, to set and save different types of processing, manage the maintenance of the machine and check the tools wear;
• front regulation of the diamond and polishing rear arris spindle: a device to help the operator who can save precious time in this activity, not having to do it from the rear of the machine;
• glass entrance ultrasonic sensor: guarantee of toughness, long durability, precision and total insensitivity to water and dirt;
• oil equipment with end-line pressure switch: additional security to guarantee in every moment the perfect working of the fundamental lubrication system;
• cylinders with brakes for the automatic recovery of the wear of the polishing arris wheels.
